About Apex Fleet Pulse

Apex Fleet Pulse is an AI dispatch copilot for mobile service businesses. It handles inbound requests, quoting, booking, technician assignment, route planning, customer updates, and repeat-booking follow-up through SMS and a web dashboard.

We built it for owner-operators and practical fleets that have outgrown phone calls, group texts, and whiteboards—but do not need another bloated software rollout. The product was piloted in a real mobile tire operation and is being shaped around the daily realities of crews in the field.

Our mission is simple: help small fleets complete more profitable stops with less drive time and less dispatch chaos.
